Semolina pudding with cream

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 670 ml milk
  • 180 ml cream
  • 80 g sugar
  • 70 g semolina (durum wheat semolina)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the milk, cream, and sugar, bring to a boil, and stir in the semolina. Reduce the heat slightly and simmer for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Rinse six serving ramekins with cold water and fill with the semolina. Place in the refrigerator and let it set. Turn out and serve with fruit or vanilla sauce, if desired.
