Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and stir until smooth. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook for at least 5 minutes. Pour the pudding into a bowl or casserole dish and let it cool. Tip: Before serving, garnish the pudding with cinnamon, desiccated coconut, or chopped or grated nuts.
