Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 40 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 125 g flour
- 125 g semolina (soft wheat semolina)
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 250 ml milk
- Butter or oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cream the butter with sugar and eggs until fluffy, then add the flour, semolina, and baking powder. Stir everything together with the milk until a smooth batter forms. Refrigerate the batter for about 30 minutes to set. Then bake 8-10 waffles in a greased waffle iron. Serve with cream, jam, or fresh fruit.
