Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 400 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
- 2 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 150 ml rapeseed oil
- 300 g spelt flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 50 g almonds
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g cane sugar
- 1 pinch(s) salt
- 2 tsp spice mix (apple strudel spice)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Combine the yogurt, flaxseed meal, and oil and let stand for 10 minutes. Combine the remaining ingredients and mix with the yogurt mixture to form a dough. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Peel the apples, mix with a little apple strudel seasoning, and place them on the dough. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 40 minutes.
