Serbian bean soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bell peppers, green
  • 200 g onion(s)
  • 4 Cabanossi
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 bunch of soup vegetables
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 can/n tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 can/n white beans (850g)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • ½ liter meat broth
  • 1 class Bottle(s) of tomato ketchup
  • 1 dashes Tabasco
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper and paprika
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sauté the onions, soup vegetables, and garlic in the oil. Add the bell peppers and canned tomatoes and bring to a boil. Then add the beans, fresh tomatoes, and chopped sausage. Pour in the broth and simmer for 20 minutes. Finally, season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, Tabasco, tomato ketchup, and sugar.
