Ingredients for 80 servings:

  • 400 g flour, fine
  • 200 g butter
  • 80 g ground walnuts
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 10 pinches of baking powder
  • 2 eggs, including the yolk
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • lemon juice
  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g sugar, fine
  • Cinnamon
  • Honey
  • Sugar (granulated sugar), for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Mix all ingredients, knead, and roll out. Cut out discs (approximately 30 mm in diameter). Bake at 170°C for about 12 minutes. Let cool and then glaze. Glaze: Mix all ingredients together and apply with a brush, then sprinkle with sugar. Tip: If you don’t have a round cookie cutter, you can also use a small glass.
