Ingredients

Sesame chop

  • 2 Chop
  • 0,5 tsp Sesame seeds black
  • Rapeseed oil
  • Fleur de Sel sea salt
  • Pepper from the grinder

Paprika vegetables

  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Orange peppers
  • 1 Chilli green
  • 1 Fresh shallot
  • 2 Spring onions fresh
  • 2 tbsp Curry ketchup
  • 0,25 tsp Turmeric spice
  • Coarse salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Rapeseed oil
  • Lemon fruit juice
  • Sugar

Instructions

The sesame chop

  • Let's go Heat a pan and add some oil. Fry the meat on both sides, then season with salt and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Cook in the oven at 100 ° C. So approx. 20 min .......

The peppers - vegetables

  • Peel, core, clean and cut the peppers. Peel and finely dice the shallot. Core the chilli and also finely dice. Heat the oil in a saucepan, sauté the peppers and stir in the chili cubes and shallots. I've always stirred nicely, that doesn't burn anything. Add the spices, salt, turmeric and pepper to the saucepan and let sizzle for a while. "First a sip from the beer bottle :-)" Put the ketchup and the spring onions, which I cut into rings, into the pot. Now let it simmer gently. At the end there was a little pepper, sugar and a little lemon juice to taste the vegetables. Try a little how it is with the sharpness.
  • When the vegetables are done, the meat should be good too. I did without rice, which would go well with it. Have fun cooking .........
