Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g flour (wheat flour)
- 150 g flour (wholemeal flour)
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g sesame seeds
- 125 g butter
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp yogurt
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Gradually mix all ingredients into a firm, non-sticky shortcrust pastry. Shape the dough into a ball, cover, and let it rest for at least 30 minutes (preferably in the refrigerator). Once it has rested, shape the dough ball into a roll (it’s best to cut the ball into small pieces so the roll isn’t too long). Cut 1cm-thick slices from the roll, place them on a well-greased baking tray or one lined with baking paper, and press them flat. Bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes. Let cool. Makes about 70 pieces, depending on how thick you cut the slices. You can also roll out the dough and cut out shapes or make balls out of it. Don’t forget the eggs; they don’t belong here.
