Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- ½ bunch parsley, flat
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden brown. Remove from the pan and let cool completely. Pick and roughly chop the parsley, setting aside a few leaves. Roughly chop the garlic cloves. Combine the sesame seeds, parsley, garlic, 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and 100 ml of water in a tall, narrow bowl and blend until smooth using an immersion blender. Season generously with salt and pepper.
