Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 25 g margarine
  • 25 ml sunflower oil
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • some sesame
  • some oat milk (oat drink)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Gently heat the margarine and sunflower oil in a saucepan until the margarine melts slightly. Combine lukewarm water, dried yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Add the margarine/sunflower oil mixture, salt, and flour, and knead in a spoonful at a time until a smooth dough forms. Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes. Place the dough on a work surface and divide it into 8 equal pieces (about 100 g per roll). Shape them into balls. Brush the balls with oat milk and roll them in sesame seeds. Press the sesame seeds firmly into the balls to help them stick. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven) for about 20 minutes.
