Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 packs of cream powder (paradise cream vanilla or straciatella)
  • 2 cans of mandarin oranges or 1 jar of cherries

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

very quick and very tasty!

Combine all the filling ingredients in a bowl or pot. Drain the mandarins (or cherries). Cover the bowl and shake vigorously. Spread the mixture over the cake base. Tip: Some people also like to add vanilla sugar and cream stiffener to the ingredients; this also tastes great—but it will work just as it is, of course. I like to make this cake when I have visitors and I need something quick, or for children’s birthdays when you need more than one in a hurry. It’s quick, cheap, and delicious—what more could you want? It always turns out well, even for beginners!
