Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g flour
- 300 g sugar
- 150 g nuts, chopped
- 100 g nuts, ground
- 3 tsp gingerbread spice
- 1 tsp clove powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 250 ml milk
- 150 g butter, melted
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 eggs
- possibly powdered sugar or chocolate glaze
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, cover, and shake well. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and then pour into the dry ingredients. Replace the lid and shake well. Stir 2-3 more times. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread evenly. Bake at 200°C for approximately 20-25 minutes. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar or cover with melted chocolate, then cut into pieces.
