Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 kg cucumber(s)
  • 2 onions
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • e.g. Dill, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the cucumbers and onions. Then slice them and mix with the vinegar, spices, and dill. Transfer everything to a large bowl. Cover the bowl and shake well. Let it sit for about 2 hours before serving.
