Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ Sharon
- ½ banana(s)
- 250 g quark
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp cream
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp, heaped almonds, sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel, trim, and dice the Sharon. Peel the banana and slice it thinly. Blend the quark with the sour cream, cream, and sugar until smooth. Fold in the fruit. Toast the almonds, if desired. Ladle the fruit quark into glasses and sprinkle with the almonds.
