Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1 kg sheep’s cheese
- 300 g cream cheese
- 200 g cream (spreadable)
- 50 ml olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 2 tbsp oregano, dried
- e.g. chili flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Crush the garlic, add it to a large bowl with all the other ingredients, and mix with the dough hook of a food processor until the desired consistency is reached. Let it sit overnight.
