- 60 g sheep’s cheese
- 1 tbsp yogurt (0.1%)
- 1 tomato(s)
- 100 g cucumber(s)
- 2 small spring onions
- e.g. salt and pepper
- oregano

Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and blend it with the yogurt. Dice the tomatoes, cucumber, and spring onions and mix them with the feta cheese mixture. Serve with a whole-grain roll.
