Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 125 ml oil or margarine
  • 150 ml water
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 3 can/n tangerines
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 3 cups of sweet cream
  • 3 points cream stiffener
  • 3 pts vanilla sugar
  • some cinnamon and sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Then add the oil or margarine, water, flour, and baking powder, and mix everything well with a mixer. Grease a baking tray, pour the batter onto the baking tray, and then move the baking tray back and forth until the batter is evenly distributed. Bake at 170°C for approx. 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool. In the meantime, drain the mandarins well. Mix the sour cream and mandarins in a large bowl (best with a whisk) and whip the cream in a tall container with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff. Then add to the sour cream and mandarin orange mixture, mix gently, and pour onto the baked and cooled batter. Sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar on the cake. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
