Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup of carbonated mineral water
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • sugar and cinnamon
  • 1 cup plum jam or 1 jar morello cherries

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Quickly prepared and very tasty, for 24 pieces

The cup used as a measuring unit holds approximately 1/8 liter. Combine the ingredients for the batter and spread it on a baking sheet. Place the sheet in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 25-30 minutes (depending on the oven). Let the base cool and then spread either the plum jam or the morello cherries (which should be thickened beforehand) on top. Combine the cream, sour cream, vanilla sugar, and whipped cream stabilizer and spread over the fruit.
