Shepherd's Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g tomatoes
  • ½ Pepper, green
  • ½ onion(s), sliced
  • 10 cm cucumber(s), peeled and sliced
  • 6 olives, black
  • 125 g cheese (goat cheese or halloumi), diced
  • Oregano, dried
  • 5 tsp olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Coban Salatasi

Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Deseed and slice the green peppers. Mix with all the other ingredients, season with a pinch of oregano and salt, and serve fresh. It’s light and summery and goes perfectly with a BBQ! Enjoy!
