Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 350 g tomatoes
- ½ Pepper, green
- ½ onion(s), sliced
- 10 cm cucumber(s), peeled and sliced
- 6 olives, black
- 125 g cheese (goat cheese or halloumi), diced
- Oregano, dried
- 5 tsp olive oil
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Coban Salatasi
Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Deseed and slice the green peppers. Mix with all the other ingredients, season with a pinch of oregano and salt, and serve fresh. It’s light and summery and goes perfectly with a BBQ! Enjoy!
