Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 kiwi(s), diced
  • 50 g grapes, light, seedless, halved
  • 50 g red grapes, seedless, halved
  • 1 can pineapple, drained, diced
  • 1 can peach(s), drained, diced
  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • some powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Delicious summer dessert for children

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Use a cookie cutter to cut out stars from the puff pastry and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, wash and slice the fruit. Then thread the fruit pieces onto skewers or toothpicks and arrange them fan-shaped on the plate. Let the baked stars cool briefly and place them on the plate so that, with the fruit skewers, they resemble a shooting star. Finally, sprinkle some powdered sugar over the plate.
