Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g butter or margarine
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients into a dough and pour into a greased pie plate. Bake at approximately 175-200 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
