Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g green beans (chopped beans, salted beans)
- 8 potatoes
- 1 piece(s) celery
- 1 onion(s)
- 250 g thick rib, smoked
- 2 Mettenden
- salt and pepper

Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Drain the beans and soak in water for about 10 minutes, then drain again. Peel and dice the potatoes, celery, and onion, and place them in a large pot along with the beans, sausage, and meat. Fill with water and add a little vegetable stock. Simmer for about 45 minutes and season with salt, pepper, and a little savory.
