Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g wheat flour
  • 65 ml oil
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pack of cheese (Emmental), grated
  • some Parmesan
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • some salt
  • some pizza seasoning
  • some pepper
  • 1 pinch of garlic granules
  • 200 g king prawns, frozen, thawed
  • ½ pack of double cream cheese, creamy
  • ½ bunch arugula

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

For the dough: Combine flour, oil, water, dry yeast, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a bowl and knead thoroughly. Let the dough rise for about 25 minutes until it has roughly doubled in size. Then roll it out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. For the topping: Spread tomato sauce on the dough and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and pizza seasoning. Then spread the thawed king prawns on top. Then, using a knife, place small balls of cream cheese on the pizza (don’t worry, you can do it generously). Sprinkle the whole thing with Emmental cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes until golden brown. Spread the washed arugula on the finished pizza and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
