Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g shrimp(s) (frozen)
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp curry paste, red
- 2 tbsp oil
- some salt

Heat the oil in a pan. Meanwhile, peel the onions and garlic. Slice the onions and chili pepper into rings. Crush the garlic. Fry the onions, chili rings, and garlic in the pan until the onions are translucent. Pour the coconut milk into a saucepan and heat. Add the prawns with the curry paste, chili, garlic, and onions. Cook for about 12 minutes and season with salt. Serve hot.
