Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g shrimp tails, shelled, frozen
- 50 g herb butter, approx. or a little more
- n. B. Garlic clove(s), crushed
- e.g. lemon juice

Thaw the shrimp, wash, and trim if necessary. Place them in a small, shallow casserole dish with the herb butter, add a little garlic to taste, and cook in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 10 minutes. Drizzle with a little lemon juice, if desired, and serve hot with baguette.
