Shrimp in herb butter from the oven

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g shrimp tails, shelled, frozen
  • 50 g herb butter, approx. or a little more
  • n. B. Garlic clove(s), crushed
  • e.g. lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Thaw the shrimp, wash, and trim if necessary. Place them in a small, shallow casserole dish with the herb butter, add a little garlic to taste, and cook in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 10 minutes. Drizzle with a little lemon juice, if desired, and serve hot with baguette.
