Shrimp toast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 400 g shrimp(s), without shell
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp Miracle Whip
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp capers

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Toast the bread. Melt the butter in a pan and add the garlic clove. Briefly saute the shrimp in the garlic butter. Scramble the eggs. Mix Miracle Whip with ketchup. Place the scrambled eggs on the toasted bread, then top with the shrimp. Serve with a dollop of cocktail sauce and some capers on top.
