Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g physalis
  • 300 g strawberries
  • 400 g blackberries
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Wash the pysalis, strawberries, and blackberries, drain well, chop slightly if necessary, and place them in a large pot. Add the gelling sugar, stir, and let it sit for a while, preferably overnight. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Immediately pour into clean jam jars and seal. The ratio of fruit can be adjusted. The total fruit yield should be 1 kg.
