Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g almonds
  • 20 g Parmesan
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 handful of basil
  • e.g. olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

deliciously fruity and spicy!

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until a pesto-like consistency is reached. Serve over hot pasta.
