Side Dish: Cream Potatoes

- 1 kg Potatoes
- 1 bunch Chives
- 1 cups Sour cream 10% fat
- Vegetable broth powder
- Salt pepper
- Peel the potatoes and dice them unfairly or cut them into slices. Put a little water in a saucepan, season with salt and add the potatoes. The potatoes do not need to be covered with water. Cover and bring to the boil, then cook over a medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Drain the water and leave it in just a little. Stir in the sour cream. Season with salt, pepper and powdered vegetable stock. Fold in the chopped chives.
- You can also drain the water completely and only fold in half of the sour cream if you want it to be creamy and not soy.
- This side dish goes well with meat and fish dishes of all kinds.
