Sliced turkey in Peanut Sauce

- 500 g Sliced turkey
- 1 Clove of garlic
- Cayenne pepper
- Salt
- 100 g Roasted peanuts
- 3 Spring onions fresh
- Sugar
- 250 ml Milk or cream
- Wash the sliced turkey well, pat dry and fry in a pan with hot oil until golden.
- Peel the garlic, finely chop, clean the spring onion and cut into thin rings.
- Add the white of the spring onion and the garlic to the pan and fry briefly, seasoning with cayenne pepper and salt.
- Puree 50 grams of peanuts with half of the milk (cream), chop the remaining peanuts.
- Deglaze the sliced turkey with the rest of the milk (cream), stir in the pureed peanuts and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Now season with salt, cayenne pepper and sugar, add spring onion rings.
- Arrange the sliced turkey with ribbon noodles on a plate and sprinkle with the chopped peanuts.
