Ingredients
- 1 kg Potatoes, mainly waxy
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
- Herbs of Provence or Italian herbs
- Olive oil
- Salt pepper
- Sweet paprika powder
- Possibly fried potato seasoning or some vegetable stock powder
Instructions
- Peel the washed potatoes as you like (you can also leave the skin on) and cut into thin slices (but you can also dice them).
- Put the potatoes in a bowl. Mix the olive oil, spices, finely chopped onion and crushed garlic and mix with the potatoes.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- The spices and herbs can be varied as desired. You can z. B. Prepare them in the oven at the same time as the sausages (recipe in my cookbook).
