Side Dish: Parsley – Fried Potatoes

  • 10 medium sized Jacket potatoes
  • 1 cut Onion
  • 1 shot Oil for frying
  • 1 ostrich Parsely
  • Salt pepper
  1. Peel the potatoes (I didn’t use all the potatoes on the plate) and cut them into slices, not too thin.
  2. Put a good dash of oil in a pan and heat. Then add the potato slices, season with salt & pepper and fry the potatoes.
