Ingredients

  • 10 medium Jacket potatoes
  • 1 sliced Onion
  • 1 shot Oil for frying
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • Salt pepper

Instructions

  • Peel the potatoes (I didn't use all the potatoes on the plate) and cut them into slices, not too thin.
  • Put a good dash of oil in a pan and heat. Then add the potato slices, season with salt & pepper and fry the potatoes.
  • Add the sliced onion to the last third and fry everything to the end. Place the potatoes on prepared plates or platters.
  • I had cut up the rest of the meatloaf from the day before and served a cucumber salad ... with onions, vinegar & oil ..... served.
  • * I didn't take the eggs in the picture because the fried potatoes were very tasty WITHOUT the egg.
