Side Dish: Parsley – Fried Potatoes
The perfect side dish: parsley – fried potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 10 medium sized Jacket potatoes
- 1 cut Onion
- 1 shot Oil for frying
- 1 ostrich Parsely
- Salt pepper
- Peel the potatoes (I didn’t use all the potatoes on the plate) and cut them into slices, not too thin.
- Put a good dash of oil in a pan and heat. Then add the potato slices, season with salt & pepper and fry the potatoes.
- Add the sliced onion to the last third and fry everything to the end. Place the potatoes on prepared plates or platters.
- I had cut up the rest of the meatloaf from the day before and served a cucumber salad … with onions, vinegar & oil ….. served.
- * I didn’t take the eggs in the picture because the fried potatoes were very tasty WITHOUT the egg.
