Side Dish: Leek – Spinach – Mushrooms
The perfect side dish: leek – spinach – mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 pole Leek cut
- 1 size Diced onion
- 20 piece Mushrooms brown
- 1 tbsp Vegetable salt *
- 300 g Fresh cleaned spinach
- 300 g Oil or alsan
Preparations
- Brush and cut the mushrooms – wash, dry and cut the leek – peel and cut the onion – sort the spinach, wash, dry and cut into small pieces.
Now get the pan out …
- Heat Alsan or OIL, in it sauté the cut leek with the onions. Add the chamignongs, season with the vegetable salt and let simmer.
