Side Dish: Potato – Mascarpone – Mash

The perfect side dish: potato – mascarpone – mash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 a cup Mascarpone
  • 5 medium sized Potatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg from the mill
  1. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into pieces, cook in salted water and then drain.
  2. Mash with a tamper and stir in the mascapone. Season the whole thing with salt & pepper and nutmeg 😉
  3. It can be made even better with a few herbs …..
