- Put the oil in a pan, heat it up and add the spiced potato cubes to the pan, tossing it through well a few times.
- Wash, dry and cut the leek.
- Add this to the potato cubes, toss again and steam with the lid closed for a few minutes.
- This side dish is ready very quickly and can be supplemented or replaced with, for example, onions and / or garlic and other fresh herbs. We ate the side dish with a mushroom pan.
