Side Dish: Vegetables – Wild Rice

The perfect side dish: vegetables – wild rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Cup Wild rice colorful
  • 1 packet Buttered vegetables
  • 2 cups Vegetable broth / water
  1. Mix the rice with the vegetable stock (powder, homemade) and the water, prepare and bring to a boil. Let simmer for about 15 minutes (the rice will be soft and the water will slowly escape)
  2. Now add the vegetables and simmer the rice until soft (about 5 minutes), then the water should almost be gone, turn off the stove and let the rice rest for about 10 minutes (so the rice swells again and the water is gone)
  3. As a side dish for everything ;-)))
