Ingredients
- 800 g Floury potatoes
- 1 large Onion
- 300 ml Milk warm
- 3 tbsp Frozen chives
- 3 tbsp Danish fried onions
- Salt, colored pepper from the mill
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 50 g Butter
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes, cut them a little smaller and cook them in salted water until soft. In the meantime, peel the onion and dice it finely. Heat 1 teaspoon butter and sweat the onion cubes until translucent, then set aside.
- Drain and steam the cooked potatoes. Roughly chop, add onions, fried onions and chives. Gradually pour in the warm milk and mash everything into a smooth puree. Finally fold in the remaining butter. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
