Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g margarine, semi-skimmed
- 200 g double cream cheese
- 1 package of Italian herbs (frozen)
- salt and pepper

Combine the margarine and cream cheese with a hand mixer, then stir in the herbs. Season with salt and pepper, and the dip is ready. If you prefer a lower-calorie option, you can also try it with reduced-fat cream cheese. It also tastes delicious on bread or rolls.
