Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g biscuits (amaretti biscuits)
- 100 g margarine
- 500 g mascarpone
- 500 g quark
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cinnamon, or gingerbread spice
- 200 g sugar
- 8 sheets of gelatin
- 250 g cream
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
- Biscuit(s) (Amarettini), for decoration

without baking and many ingredients
Crumble the amaretti biscuits and melt the margarine. Mix both and press into a 28 cm springform pan. Soften the gelatin in cold water. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix all the other ingredients and add the dissolved gelatin to the mixture. Fold in the cream. Pour the mixture onto the base and let it set in the refrigerator, preferably overnight. Dust with cocoa powder. Decorate with amaretti biscuits.
