Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 300 g herb cream cheese
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 2 pinches of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the quark and cream cheese in a large bowl. Add the washed chives with scissors. Crush the peeled garlic and add it, along with the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. This truly delicious dip is a perfect accompaniment to grilled food, baguettes, rolls, or dishes with rice and gyros.
