so simple and yet so delicious

Whip the cream until stiff, season with a little sugar to taste. Roughly crumble 100g of speculatius biscuits into a bowl. Add about 1/3 of the applesauce and smooth it down with a tablespoon. Then layer enough cream on top (about 130g) to cover the applesauce. Repeat until all the ingredients are used up. I used three layers each. Finish with cream. Dust with cinnamon. This also looks lovely with motifs. Use a stencil for this. Refrigerate the apple and speculatius biscuit for a few hours or overnight.
