Baby Led Weaning (BLW), without sugar, for babies from about 7 months, tastes good for the whole family

Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork in a soup bowl. Stir in the oats, cocoa powder, and coconut flakes and mix well. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. The mixture should be firm. Add more oats and coconut flakes if desired. Form small balls and roll them in the remaining coconut flakes. Store the balls in the refrigerator, tightly wrapped, and consume within 24 hours. You can refine the mixture with the seeds of a vanilla pod—1/3 of the pod is sufficient—or a little ginger powder. Makes approximately 25 servings.
