Simple banana shake with glucose

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 large bananas
  • 500 ml milk (UHT milk)
  • 50 g glucose

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

also suitable as a dessert

Peel the bananas and cut them into thumb-width slices. Puree the slices in a blender and mix with the milk. Stir in the glucose. Chill the shake in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving. Tip: You can also refine the shake with melted chocolate. If you want a thicker shake, you can use more bananas.
