Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g beans, green, broad
  • 400 g potatoes
  • 250 g minced beef or mixed
  • 1 onion(s)
  • some garlic
  • n. B. savory
  • salt and pepper
  • herbs, fresh
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes. Trim, wash, and slice the beans diagonally. Finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat a pan and lightly fry the minced meat without any fat. If the heat is low, nothing will burn; the mince has plenty of fat. Then add the onion and garlic and sauté. Add the potatoes and beans, season generously with salt and pepper. If desired, add savory. Add water and let simmer. Season to taste and serve.
