Mug cake with banana

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ banana(s)
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp oat flakes
  • ¼ tbsp baking powder
  • some cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 6 tbsp milk

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel the banana and mash it in a bowl. Combine the flour and baking powder and add it to the banana along with the oats, cinnamon, salt, and lemon juice. Now add the oil and milk to the bowl and mix everything well. If you like, you can also add chocolate sprinkles or nuts, etc. Pour the batter into a large mug or two slightly smaller, regular mugs. Microwave for about 2 minutes at 750 W. The other half of the banana can be used for decoration. After cooling briefly, turn the cake out or simply spoon it out of the mug.
