Simple beer batter for onion rings

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 ml beer
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g flour
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • 350 g onion(s)
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients, peel onions and cut into rings, then dip them in the beer batter and fry until golden brown.
