Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g flour
- 150 g oat flakes
- 1 pinch of stevia powder, approx. 0.3 g
- 3 carrots, cooked, approx. 200 g
- 2 bananas
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
vegan, egg-free, lactose-free, sugar-free, with stevia
Mix the dry ingredients. Puree the cooked carrots and bananas. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and knead into the dry mixture. If the dough is too runny, add more flour. Form the dough into balls, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and flatten them. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 35 minutes.
