Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of three-layer cake base
- 3 packs of pudding powder, vanilla
- 1 liter of milk
- 2 tbsp Nutella
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 250 g butter
- e.g. powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
Make a pudding from the pudding mix and milk, but without the sugar. Let the pudding cool. Remove the skin from the cooled pudding and mix the butter with the pudding. Then stir in Nutella, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar to taste. The mixture should be smooth. Layer the mixture on top of the cake layers and spread around the outside of the cake. You should leave some mixture left over for decoration. I always pipe dots on top, which I then place small chocolate chips on. The cake should then be refrigerated for at least 2 hours.
