Simple Chopped Chinese Cabbage Pan
The perfect simple chopped chinese cabbage pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Minced meat
- 400 g Chinese cabbage fresh
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 150 g Fresh mushrooms
- 5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Oil
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika powder
- Hot paprika powder
- 1 pinch Garlic
- Wash / clean the vegetables, quarter the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips, cut the spring onions into oblique pieces, cut the mushrooms into slices.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until it starts to turn brown (I’ve already used seasoned minced pork for this, which makes it stronger, but mince from other animals can also be used)
- Now add the mushrooms and spring onions and fry them. The spices can now also be added as desired. (I still use a little fresh, finely chopped jalapeno or chilli, as I like to eat spicy, but can of course be left out)
- Add soy sauce and mix everything well.
- Finally add the Chinese cabbage and simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
