Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
- 500 g flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 400 ml water, lukewarm
- 30 ml olive oil or simple vegetable oil
- Flour for dusting
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
In a covered bowl, combine the water, flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and oil, using the dough hook of a hand mixer. Close the lid and let the dough rise until the lid pops open (about 45 minutes). Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press the ciabatta into the desired shape and dust with flour. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
